About This Policy

resindrivewaysmiltonkeynes.co.uk is run by Resin Driveways Milton Keynes ("we", "our", "us"). We decide how the personal information collected through this website is used, which makes us its data controller under UK data protection law. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].

Information You Give Us

If you use our survey or contact forms, we receive your name, phone number, email address and postcode, along with what you tell us about your project, such as the type of work, the approximate area, your current surface and your timing. If you email us photos, we receive those too. When you phone us, we may log the date, time and number of the call, and calls may be recorded so we can check and improve the service.

Why We Use It

We use your details to reply to you, book a site survey and prepare a quote. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask about our services.

Who Sees It

Your enquiry is passed to the independent resin driveway installer who will survey your property and carry out any work you agree to (see our Referral Disclosure). We also use a small number of service providers, for hosting, form delivery and call handling, who only process data on our instructions. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months, or for longer where they relate to work in progress, a guarantee claim or a legal requirement.

Your Rights

UK GDPR gives you the right to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to take it elsewhere, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month.

Making a Complaint

If you have concerns about how we've used your information, please talk to us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
